I am asking the company run by Mr. Inotani, who publishes the latest information on Vietnam every day, to arrange a work permit, but it seems that it will take more than 2 months from the application due to the influence of corona, so for the time being, a commercial visa for 3 months. You will be required to enter the country with a work permit in the meantime.
