Hu tieu

Speaking of Vietnam, "pho" is very famous, but recently I've been addicted to the noodle dish that looks like "pho".

Apparently, it is a specialty of southern Vietnam, and the noodles are more chewy than pho, and have a slightly sweet and gentle taste based on pork bones. With meat, shrimp, eggs, plenty of vegetables, very healthy, 300 yen.

After getting hungry, head to the coffee shop along Saigon River to fix your mouth.

While being blown by the river breeze, I drank strong Vietnamese coffee and spent a relaxing time. It was a super local coffee shop and it cost 0.7$  for a cup of coffee. Ho Chi Minh is happy to be able to spend a rich morning for a total of 3$.
